Gabriella had two reasons to celebrate: It was her 21st birthday, and she had just been accepted as a transfer student to NC State University!  She's so humble though, some very dear friends requested the cake to surprise her.  Her favorite flavors are red velvet, and chocolate. So we used Lucy's Red Velvet, put a chocolate mousse between the layers, and covered it in vanilla Italian buttercream.  The NC State logo was so much fun, we became fans for a little while.  June 12, 2015
