If you are in the Raleigh, NC area, there is a wonderful place on Glenwood Ave called Fitness 4 Life Training Center.  They do one-on-one personal training, have a variety of fitness classes, and also have a very strong karate program for all ages.  A few students had black belt testing, and we were thrilled when they asked us to make a cake to celebrate the amazing achievements.  Taking the patch they all wear on their uniforms, and putting it on a cake was a lot of fun.  Our staff artist, Sam, did an amazing job on the fist.  We've already been asked to put this on our calendar annually.
